By registering for any workshop, masterclass, or training program offered by NH Permanent Makeup Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Full payment is required to reserve your seat in any workshop, masterclass, or training program.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled training date are eligible for a refund minus a $500 administrative reservation fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled training date are non-refundable.
Students may request one transfer to a future training date if the request is submitted more than 14 days before the scheduled training date.
Transfer requests made less than 14 days before the scheduled training date may be considered only in cases of illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances and are subject to approval by NH Permanent Makeup Studio.
Only one transfer is permitted per enrollment.
Students may transfer their enrollment to another participant with prior written approval from NH Permanent Makeup Studio.
No refunds, credits, transfers, or partial reimbursements will be issued once a workshop, masterclass, or training program has started.
This applies regardless of attendance, participation level, personal scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, relocation, medical circumstances, or any other reason.
Participants who choose Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, or any other third-party financing provider remain subject to the same cancellation policy.
NH Permanent Makeup Studio is not responsible for any financing agreements, payment schedules, fees, interest charges, or obligations between the participant and the financing provider.
APPROVED refunds will be processed according to the financing provider’s policies and timelines.
Participation in any workshop, masterclass, or training program does not guarantee certification, licensing, employment, business success, client acquisition, income generation, or specific results.
NH Permanent Makeup Studio reserves the right to reschedule or postpone any workshop or training program due to instructor availability, low enrollment, facility issues, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, participants will be offered a transfer to a future date or a refund of payments made directly to NH Permanent Makeup Studio.
By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
